Order Processing Times
The pick-ups will be available during the festival days 18-21/07/2025 at the merch stands at Ferropolis:

Camping

Fri    12:00-21:00        
Sat    10:00-21:00
Sun     10:00-21:00
Mon    08:00-16:00

Peninsula

Fri     18:00-24:00        
Sat    12:00-22:00    
Sun     12:00-22:00

The other orders will be sent between 04-08/08/2025.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (within Germany):

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

  • Cost: €5.90

  • Free shipping: Orders over €75

International Shipping (EU countries):

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: €14.90

  • Free shipping: Sometimes for orders over €150

International Shipping (Non-EU countries):

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days

  • Cost: €19.90

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free shipping is available for orders over €75 within Germany and over €150 for international orders.

Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted areas.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@wholefestival.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery at your expense.
