Shipping policy

1. Shipping Cost Tariffs and Thresholds

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery address and the following baseline tariffs:

• National Shipping (Germany): Flat rate of €7.90.

• National Shipping Milestone (Free Shipping): For orders with a gross value of €100.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

• European Union (EU Zone): Flat rate of €17.90.

• European Union Shipping Milestone (Free Shipping): For orders with a gross value of €150.00 or more, shipping within the EU is free of charge.

• International Shipping (Non-EU / Global): Flat rate of €27.90.

2. Customs and Import Regulations for Non-EU Shipments

• For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the Customer bears sole and full responsibility for all applicable customs duties, import turnover taxes, and local administrative fees levied by the destination country. These costs are not covered or reimbursed by Whole GmbH.

3. Seasonal On-Site Pickup (Ferropolis Operating Hours)

Customers who select the shipping-free option "On-Site Pickup" in the checkout process can collect their items exclusively during the official festival duration at the designated stands within the following operating hours: Friday to Sunday, open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM local time.

1. Versandkostentarife und Freigrenzen

Die Versandkosten werden während des Checkout-Prozesses auf Basis der Lieferadresse und der folgenden Tarife automatisiert berechnet:

• Nationaler Versand (Deutschland): Pauschal 6,90 Euro.

• Nationale Versandkostenbefreiung: Ab einem Bruttowarenwert von 100,00 Euro erfolgt die Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands versandkostenfrei.

• Europäische Union (EU-Zone): Pauschal 17,90 Euro.

• Internationaler Versand (Non-EU / Global): Pauschal 27,90 Euro.

2. Zoll- und Einfuhrbestimmungen bei Drittlandsversand

• Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union trägt der Kunde die alleinige und vollständige Verantwortung für alle anfallenden Zölle, Einfuhrumsatzsteuern sowie lokalen behördlichen Abgaben. Diese Kosten werden nicht von der Whole GmbH übernommen oder erstattet.

3. Saisonale Selbstabholung vor Ort (Ferropolis-Abholzeiten)

Kunden, die im Bestellprozess die versandkostenfreie Option „Vor-Ort-Abholung“ wählen, können ihre Ware ausschließlich während der offiziellen Festival-Laufzeit an den dafür vorgesehenen Ständen abholen: Freitag bis Sonntag, jeweils von 10:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr Ortszeit geöffnet.
