1. Structure and Legal Basis under the GDPR

  • Legal Basis for Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): The processing of personal data (such as name, delivery address, email address, and payment data) is mandatory to process purchase contracts, verify payments, and execute physical merchandise deliveries or on-site collections.

  • Legal Basis for Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): We process technical usage data to guarantee the IT security of our Online Shop, prevent fraudulent transactions (e.g., identity checks for credit card payments), and continuously optimize our logistical inventory chains.

2. Disclosure of Data Processors (Shopify & 3PL)

  • Shopify E-Commerce Infrastructure: Our Online Shop is hosted on the platform of Shopify Inc. Your data is processed and stored on secured Shopify servers to enable the technical execution of the ordering process.

  • 3PL Logistics Interface: To carry out warehouse logistics, pick the goods, and manage the smooth transfer to transport companies, we transmit the contractually relevant shipping data to our logistics partner: Fulfillment-BOX GmbH, Bremen. This is done on the basis of a legally required Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

  • Rechtsgrundlage zur Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO): Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten (wie Name, Lieferadresse, E-Mail-Adresse und Zahlungsdaten) ist zwingend erforderlich, um Kaufverträge abzuwickeln, Zahlungen zu prüfen und die Warenzustellung oder Vor-Ort-Abholung durchzuführen.

  • Rechtsgrundlage aufgrund berechtigter Interessen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO): Wir verarbeiten technische Nutzungsdaten zur Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit unseres Online-Shops, zur Betrugsprävention (z. B. Identitätsprüfung bei Kreditkartenzahlungen) und zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Logistikketten.

2. Offenlegung von Auftragsverarbeitern (Shopify & 3PL)

  • Shopify-E-Commerce-Infrastruktur: Unser Online-Shop wird auf der Plattform der Shopify Inc. gehostet. Ihre Daten werden auf gesicherten Servern von Shopify verarbeitet und gespeichert, um die technische Durchführung des Bestellprozesses überhaupt zu ermöglichen.

  • 3PL-Logistik-Schnittstelle: Zur Durchführung der Lagerlogistik, zur Kommissionierung der Ware und zur reibungslosen Übergabe an die Transportunternehmen übermitteln wir die vertragsrelevanten Versanddaten an unseren Logistikpartner: Fulfillment-BOX GmbH, Bremen. Dies erfolgt auf Grundlage eines gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Vertrags zur Auftragsverarbeitung (AVV) gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO.
